Once you have let us know you wish to return an item, please send it back within 14 days.

Items should be returned unused, in their original condition, and carefully packaged to help ensure they arrive safely.

Unless an item is faulty or has been sent in error, the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return has been received and inspected, any refund due will be processed within 14 days.

Personalised, custom-made or hygiene-sealed items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty.

If your curiosity arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to put things right.

To begin a return, simply write to the Archivist using our Contact page, quoting your order number and the reason for the return.

Every curiosity is carefully wrapped before it begins its journey. If one must find its way back to the Archive, we simply ask that it is returned with the same care in which it was sent.
