Description
Specimen No. A-0731
Some stories only return when autumn arrives.
Chosen for the Stranger Folkes Archive, this vintage-inspired framed print recreates the charm of a classic vintage illustration, featuring a friendly ghost greeting an astonished gentleman beneath the famous The Saturday Evening Post masthead, dated October 23, 1920.
Although this is a modern decorative piece rather than an original antique print, it beautifully captures the nostalgic spirit of early twentieth-century artwork. The distressed antique-style frame complements the illustration, giving it the appearance of a treasured curiosity discovered amongst forgotten keepsakes.
Perfect for lovers of folklore, cosy autumn interiors, vintage Halloween décor and cottage-style homes, this framed artwork brings a gentle touch of seasonal nostalgia without feeling overly modern.
Whether displayed throughout autumn or kept on the wall all year as part of a collection of curious treasures, it is a piece that invites conversation and imagination.
